A passionate and innovative entrepreneur with an experience of working and developing various projects for the past 6 years. She is an Engineering graduate from BMS College of engineering, Bangalore and further completed her Master of Science in Technopreneurship and Innovation from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Through the immersion program from Singapore she had an opportunity to study in Stanford University, USA where she completed her course in Masters of Technopreneurship and Innovation. Through the course she got an opportunity to visit a few companies in Silicon Valley like Intel, Google, Cisco, Facebook, Barefoot wines and few more. Her final group project was presented in New York entrepreneurship forum among very famous entrepreneurship mentors and angel investors.

After attaining a successful master’s degree, she worked as an Account Management executive in a start-up in Singapore called Caterspot. She returned back to India and went on start a company called CatersIn Foodtech Pvt Ltd. Currently she is the Founder and Managing director for CatersIn which is an online aggregator platform for caterers in Bangalore.

Meanwhile, her passion towards teaching and entrepreneurship drove her to start InnovSmart. She has been a serial entrepreneur from the age of 20 where she was an on-campus entrepreneur and later started a private firm. This passion towards innovating and creativity drove her towards spreading the knowledge of Entrepreneurship through InnovSmart. Her goal is to raise Indian economy by paving the path for more successful entrepreneurs who can serve our Nation. 


Co-founder & Trainer

A hard-working and passionate individual with great technical skills and business knowledge, Mana Mohan is the Founder for CatersIn and Co-Founder for InnovSmart. He previously worked in Singapore for a company called Caterspot as an Operations Manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science engineering from NMIT, Bangalore. He has done his post-graduation in Diploma Management (Marketing), post-graduation program in International Business from AIMS Institute of Higher education. He further completed his master’s in supply chain management from Ecole De Management De Normandie, France.

He has a working experience of 5 years where he has worked with various companies globally like Dell International Services (Bangalore), EFD Induction Pvt Ltd (Bangalore), Groupe Leader (France), Didactic (France) and Caterspot (Singapore). He has an expertise in supply-chain, lean process and marketing.

He has written a Professional paper on Drones and Supply chain management, A master thesis on impact of Drones on Supply chain Management. He has worked on the optimization of the entire supply chain process for DIDACTIC, France. He has also attended various international conferences on sustainability and marketing and is an active member of the Entrepreneurship cell at Wadhwani Foundation. He has also been awarded “Lean Development Client appreciation award” and “On the spot award for innovative technical skills” by Dell 2013.



An accomplished management professor with 8 years of full-time teaching and 20 years of part time teaching experience at Post Graduate level in Management specialized in the areas of HR, Business communication and Strategic Management. He has a proven track record as an academic administrator both at Institution and University level.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Arts, a Master’s in Business Administration from Mysore University and a Degree in Law from Bangalore university. He has been awarded Ph. D in Human Resource Management from Bangalore University. He also has done a three weeks training in 1994 on “Solving human and organizational Problems” at AOTS, Japan and Leadership development programme of MILT in 1991. Previously he has worked in Managerial positions in companies like NGEF, Himarsinka Seide, Mysore Lamps and worked as a Dean for Management studies in universities like Acharya Institute of technology, Don Bosco Institute of Technology, MINDS – school of Infrastructure management and finally retired after working for 6 years as a Dean in BMS College of Engineering. He further worked as an Advisor for Macho Industries and currently he does training programs for various organizations through a company called Enalytics.

He also penned and published a book on Entrepreneurship and Management which is amongst the prescribed study material for 5th semester students of Engineering at VTU. His other activities are: He has been a chairman for NIPM (1996-97), Southern Regional Vice-Chairman at national level, he has been the chairman of Indian Society for Training and Development, and a member for several professional institutions including AIMA. He has been an active member of Rotary Dist. 3190 for past 29 years and was elected as a District Governor Twice for Rotary Dist. 3190 once in 2009-10 and 2011-12. During his course as a Governor he has been responsible for 200 free heart surgeries for children, 200 push carts for empowering women, helping 2000 people with artificial limbs, 180 cleft lip surgeries, 1000 water filters at schools, 500 desks to schools, construction of 0 comfort stations in schools, 6000 cataract surgeries, associated with KIMS for free cancer treatment for children and various other projects.
